I have been blessed with the opportunity to work as a coach in 2 different environments: in collegiate athletics and as a health professional. The common theme that exists between both is that people thrive off feedback and accountability. Just like athletes know how to play the game, people know they need to exercise and eat healthy. However, the only way for them to reach full potential is to have a support unit who can assist in the process. There are many well meaning "Facebook coaches," 30 day challenges, fad diets, motivational quotes, moms turned fitness enthusiasts and green smoothies; these are not sustainable forms of healthy change. Real change occurs when a system of consistency and accountability is implemented with the appropriate knowledge, experience and qualified support.

I currently offer online (Skype, Facetime, phone) and in home wellness consultations, personal or small group strength and conditioning and pregnancy/postpartum programming and support. I have worked with a variety of clients with goals ranging from fitting into a wedding dress, to deadlifting 300 pounds, to maintaining a safe and active pregnancy, to losing close to 100 pounds. My programs are individualized to meet the specific needs and abilities of my clients. I can guarantee healthy, sustainable change.
